Born and raised in San Diego California

Early on NeéAndra loved performing in talent shows, dance teams/classes, cheerleading, sports, and musical theater. Brooks embarked on a modeling career  fresh out of high school. Soon after, she caught the eye of a Los Angeles talent agent and booked her first music video; "Celebration" by The Game ft Chris Brown, Tyga and Lil Wayne.

She then began to appear in multiple music videos.

...alongside artists such as Chris Brown, The Game, Tyga, Lil Wayne, Sean Kingston, Wiz Khalifa and Kendrick Lamar to name a few. After just a few years in the industry she continuously starred/featured in music videos. And then, on the set of Chris Brown's infamous “Loyal” video, she was spotted by a choreographer who had a girl group, her interests then jumped into artistry. Once the group dispersed she would then work in the industry as a professional dancer. She booked her first tour with Iggy Azalea and continued to dance in awards shows/concerts such as; The Bet Awards, Bet Hip Hop Awards, Nickelodeon and IHeart Radio Awards. Later she would meet a producer for Nick Cannon’s sketch comedy show Wild ‘N Out on MTV. She first appeared for the show's 8th season as a Wild N' Out girl and continued on the show for 6 consecutive seasons.

Post her television career she decided to pursue music full time, releasing her first single Chang-A-Lang. With many hits on Tik Tok and in the dance community, she performed on Fox Soul for her first musical debut. Proceeding her single’s success NeéAndra aims to find her home label and release more music. Meanwhile she proceeds to expand into a budding quadruple threat as she has starred, danced and even acted in projects with the likes of Drake and Dababy. In 2021 she appeared in her first feature film “She Ball” directed by Nick Cannon which hit select theaters and streaming apps. In 2022, she was given the opportunity to perform on tour with artist Dababy as a dancer for his #BabyonBaby2Tour in a nationwide stretch. There's nothing this girl can't do!
